Cauliflower Mash – 50 calories for ½ cup
Roasted Carrots w/ Parsnips and Herbs – 140 calories for 5 ounces
Herb Roasted Pork Loin w/ Pan Gravy – 180 calories for 1 entrée
Total Calories for Lunch – 370 calories!
