What's For Lunch? | Grilled Chicken Parmesan w/ Whole Wheat Spaghetti & Roasted Vegetables


The grilled chicken parmesan on whole wheat spaghetti totaled 230 calories. I had a side of roasted vegetables containing squash, zucchini, onion, red peppers and green bell peppers. The vegetables were only 10 calories for a 4 ounces servings. Total calories for lunch equaled 240!
